I’ve been a loyal patient at Soft Care Dental for decades now. Most of my experiences over the years have been with the dental hygienists. Fortunately, they do such a good job with preventative maintenance that until very recently, I haven’t needed any corrective procedures for many years. However, I had an appointment on 12/8 with Dr. Tran for 2 fillings. She completely changed the day’s trajectory for me. I was having a bad morning b/f my appointment & was anxious that the dental work would be uncomfortable, if not painful. Much to my surprise the appt. turned out a very positive, completely pain-free experience. Not only did I not feel the injection of Novacaine, the drilling wasn’t the least bit unnerving. Dr. Tran was very personable with just enough conversation to ease my nerves (including having my blood pressure taken after I shared that my nerves were bad) to ensure it was medically safe to proceed. She was very thorough. In addition to the fillings, she polished the teeth she worked on to ensure the surfaces were nice and smooth. She kept checking with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was ok. It was an unexpectedly, totally positive experience with absolutely no discomfort from start to finish. Thank you Dr. Tran! Needless to say, I highly recommend Soft Care Dental to anyone and everyone looking for dentists (both Drs. Christopher Jean and Huong Tran) who are patient, highly skilled practitioners with a soft touch and commitment to excellence.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. You can book online or call our office to get on the schedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major dental insurance plans. If you are not sure whether yours is accepted, give us a call and our front desk team will check your benefits before your visit.
What if I have not been to the dentist in years?
No judgment here. A lot of our patients come in after a long gap. We start with a full exam and X-rays, walk through everything we see, and build a plan that moves at your pace.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see kids of all ages and we are happy to be the office where your child has their very first dental visit. We take time to make it a calm, positive experience.
How much does a visit cost without insurance?
It depends on what you need done. Whatever the treatment, we give you a clear breakdown of cost before anything starts, and we offer payment plans to make care more affordable. No surprise bills.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call us right away at (425) 743-3911. We do our best to see emergency patients the same day. If you are in pain, getting you out of pain is our first priority.
How often should I come in for a cleaning?
Most patients are best served by a cleaning and exam every six months. If you have gum disease or other ongoing concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits. We will tell you what makes sense for your mouth.
